Monica Roberts
The defining principles of Monica’s career are community service and learning. After graduating from Texas A&M University, Monica committed to serve as an AmeriCorps VISTA at an adult literacy nonprofit. During that year she realized serving others through nonprofit organizations was where her passion lay.
In her role at Dress for Success Houston, she is able to use her strengths to manage the agency database, reporting of data, and hybrid technology. Before joining the Dress for Success Houston team, Monica worked with high school students from underserved communities at Genesys Works and with college students and faculty at Rice University. In addition to her work at DFS Houston, Monica proudly serves as a Houston Food Bank & Rodeo Houston volunteer.
